My Concerns
Share Your Concern With Our County Prosecutor
Our County Prosecutor is an elected official to protect the interests of the public. The School District has 6 private attorneys working for them. Buckeye School spends our money for legal advice to go against the very same people who are paying the attorney bills, us. Who do we have? If the Prosecutor doesn't work for us, who does he work for? We are the ones who provide the funding and we are the ones who do not get representation when that funding is misused? Contact our Prosecutor and tell him he needs to protect the people who he is elected by. He needs to protect the people who provide the funding. He needs to protect the people who are the victims (financial or otherwise). 8-25-26

It's Always Been a 6-12 Building
During the 2025 election campaigning period, Board Members up for re-election stated the plan is different from before. The claims were it would be a 9-12 High School building self-funded for $63,000,000.00. Only 3 months later, the same re-elected Board members signed a contract with the state of Ohio for a new 6-12 building for $78,000,000.00. Public Records prove the plan is for a new 6-12 Middle School & High School combined. The construction of the 9-12 High School portion is Phase 1. The addition of the 6-8 Middle School portion is Phase 2 and will be constructed at a later date. Phase 2 may require a Bond to be approved by the voters. Important to know, the $78,000,000.00 project cost does not include any renovations to our current High School for our junior high students to use between Phase 1 & 2, and, relocating Alumni Football Stadium. 8-25-26
